Fresh air and a change of scenery are usually enough to put me in a better mood. My plans tend to include a little movement, good food, and enough time to sit down and enjoy where I am. I enjoy finding a new route to a place I already know rather than always following the same path. I appreciate a calm approach when plans need to change.
