Nubia Eastburn

A little movement, something good to eat, and time to unwind are my idea of a balanced day. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. I'm encouraging rather than competitive, and I get on well with people who can enjoy the process.
