I enjoy finding a pace that feels sustainable, whether I am trying something new or returning to a familiar routine. I appreciate people who can make a plan while staying flexible about how the day unfolds. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
