I feel most like myself when there's a balance between getting out, seeing people, and having time to recharge. I like having something to look forward to, even when it's as simple as a good coffee after a long walk. A short walk or a little stretching can be enough to help me reset after a busy day. For me, feeling well includes having time for people, interests, and a proper rest.
