I enjoy routines that give me energy while leaving enough room for an unexpected plan. I like trying new activities without expecting to be good at them straight away. I am happy to change the plan if someone needs a gentler pace or a little more time. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
