Mafalda Capotosto

I like the kind of hospitality that makes people feel comfortable rather than carefully entertained. I have a few dishes I can make without thinking and plenty more that I'm still trying to get right. I like slowing down enough to enjoy small routines, from setting the table to making the first cup of the morning. A warm manner and a little patience mean a great deal to me.
