I am happiest with plans that leave enough time to cook, talk, and enjoy being in the same place. A trip to the market can inspire a whole evening, and I rarely follow a recipe without changing at least one thing. I like writing a small note beside a recipe so I remember what worked when I make it again. I value reliability, good humour, and people who do what they say they'll do.
