I like the kind of day where a good conversation turns a quick coffee into a much longer stop. I like trying something unfamiliar while keeping a few reliable favourites for days when I want comfort. I tend to notice the small touches that make a place feel comfortable, from friendly service to a quiet table. Good conversation is the part of any meal that I am most likely to remember.
