Tameisha Hanwell

I enjoy finding a pace that feels sustainable, whether I am trying something new or returning to a familiar routine. I like having something to look forward to, even when it's as simple as a good coffee after a long walk. A new activity is often a good reminder that it is fine to be a beginner. I like a positive outlook, a sense of humour, and being honest about what actually matters.
