I enjoy a slower pace, with room for reading, thoughtful conversations, and noticing what is around me. I enjoy a conversation that wanders from an interesting idea to an ordinary detail of someone's day. I like making room for a new interest without feeling that I need to become an expert in it. I like discovering what matters to someone through the small things they choose to share.
