A quiet café and an interesting conversation can easily turn into my favourite kind of afternoon. I have a soft spot for second-hand books, handwritten notes, and people who remember the little details. I usually remember a thoughtful conversation long after I have forgotten what was on the menu. A bit of curiosity and a little patience go a long way with me.
