A bit of movement in the morning usually makes the rest of my day better. I enjoy walking, a good workout, and taking the scenic route when I'm not in a hurry. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. I get on well with people who are encouraging without making everything a challenge.
