Michela Mencias

I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. I appreciate people who can make a plan while staying flexible about how the day unfolds. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. I try to keep things balanced rather than perfect.
