I like the kind of hospitality that makes people feel comfortable rather than carefully entertained. I have a few dishes I can make without thinking and plenty more that I'm still trying to get right. I enjoy having a few people over when there is time to settle in and let the conversation find its own pace. I enjoy being with people who can make themselves at home while remaining thoughtful about others.
