Fresh air and a change of scenery are usually enough to put me in a better mood. I am usually the one who suggests a short detour when a lane or a footpath looks inviting. Even on a busy day, a little time outside helps me find a more comfortable rhythm. I'm usually ready to try a different route, especially if there's a good view at the end.
