Pavni Malkani

I am curious about food, especially when a simple dish comes with a story or a new flavour. I like planning enough to get started and leaving the rest open to whatever looks interesting. Sometimes the nicest part of going somewhere new is finding a reason to come back. I like discovering new things while keeping a few familiar favourites close by.
