My favourite plans often involve a kitchen, a long conversation, and no reason to check the time. I like making food to share, trying a recipe more than once, and gradually finding my own way of doing it. I like an evening that leaves everyone feeling welcome, with no pressure to make it a special occasion. I like an easy atmosphere where nobody needs to put on a performance.
