A personal introduction
A little about Phebie.
Cooking is how I slow down after a busy day. When I have a free afternoon, I like to take my time with a meal and leave the rest of the day uncomplicated. I like writing a small note beside a recipe so I remember what worked when I make it again. I don't confuse a quiet life with a dull one; there are plenty of things to enjoy without rushing.
