A little movement, something good to eat, and time to unwind are my idea of a balanced day. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. For me, feeling well includes having time for people, interests, and a proper rest.
