I feel most refreshed after a few hours outside, even if the plan is only a walk close to home. I appreciate people who can enjoy the journey without turning every outing into a challenge. I enjoy finding a new route to a place I already know rather than always following the same path. A shared sense of wonder can make a very ordinary walk memorable.
