Fresh air is my favourite way to reset after a busy week. I would choose a picnic with a pleasant view over a timetable packed from morning to evening. A flask of something warm and an extra layer are often all I need for a simple afternoon out. I'm usually ready to try a different route, especially if there's a good view at the end.
