I like setting myself small goals without turning every interest into a competition. I like trying new activities without expecting to be good at them straight away. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
