I like exploring a place through its food, its small streets, and the places people recommend without making a fuss. I like planning enough to get started and leaving the rest open to whatever looks interesting. I like leaving a little room in the plan for a pastry, a second coffee, or a place we happen to discover. I bring plenty of enthusiasm, but I'm just as happy when the evening slows down.
