I love a home that feels lived in: something cooking, music playing, and a comfortable place to sit. I like using what is in season and finding a good reason to revisit an ingredient I have overlooked. I am happy to share the kitchen, especially with someone who enjoys the process and does not mind a little mess. I value reliability, good humour, and people who do what they say they'll do.
