Theckla Tarpey

I like setting myself small goals without turning every interest into a competition. A free day might include a walk, something good to eat, and a few hours with people whose company I enjoy. I like noticing small improvements without forgetting to enjoy what I am doing now. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
