I enjoy keeping a routine that still leaves room for a change of plan. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
