I love a home that feels lived in: something cooking, music playing, and a comfortable place to sit. I like making food to share, trying a recipe more than once, and gradually finding my own way of doing it. I like writing a small note beside a recipe so I remember what worked when I make it again. I appreciate people who notice the effort behind a small kindness and offer their own in return.
