Fresh air and a change of scenery are usually enough to put me in a better mood. I enjoy green spaces, open views, and paths that are interesting without being a race to the finish. On a quiet weekend, I might choose a park, a riverside path, or a nearby stretch of countryside. I like making room for small adventures without turning everything into a competition.
