I like the kind of day where a good conversation turns a quick coffee into a much longer stop. A simple meal made well often impresses me more than a long menu and a lot of ceremony. If the day has been busy, an easy dinner and a chance to talk are usually more appealing than a big event. I appreciate people who are open to a suggestion and comfortable making one of their own.
