I enjoy routines that give me energy while leaving enough room for an unexpected plan. A free day might include a walk, something good to eat, and a few hours with people whose company I enjoy. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. I like a positive outlook, a sense of humour, and being honest about what actually matters.
