I feel most refreshed after a few hours outside, even if the plan is only a walk close to home. I enjoy learning the names of a few plants or birds, even when I forget them and have to look again. I like ending an outing somewhere comfortable, with a chance to sit and talk about the day. I'm practical about the details and relaxed about the things that don't really matter.
