I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. I appreciate people who can make a plan while staying flexible about how the day unfolds. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. I like company that helps an ordinary plan feel worth getting out for.
