I am happiest on a walk that has a good view, a gentle pace, and someone interesting beside me. My plans tend to include a little movement, good food, and enough time to sit down and enjoy where I am. I would rather choose a route that suits everyone than hurry to cover a particular distance. I don't need every day to be exciting; I just like feeling that I've made something of it.
