I'm the person who saves restaurant recommendations and then gets distracted by a tiny place on the way there. A simple meal made well often impresses me more than a long menu and a lot of ceremony. A weekend might involve a market visit, a relaxed lunch, and a walk around streets I have not explored. Good conversation is the part of any meal that I am most likely to remember.
