Yo Belete

I love a home that feels lived in: something cooking, music playing, and a comfortable place to sit. A trip to the market can inspire a whole evening, and I rarely follow a recipe without changing at least one thing. I am quite happy changing the plan when a recipe needs adjusting or an ingredient is missing. I don't confuse a quiet life with a dull one; there are plenty of things to enjoy without rushing.
