I enjoy finding places that feel welcoming, whether they are well known or easy to walk past. I am interested in the little differences that make a familiar recipe taste new. I tend to notice the small touches that make a place feel comfortable, from friendly service to a quiet table. Good conversation is the part of any meal that I am most likely to remember.
