Namal Blyden

I like keeping active in a way that makes the rest of my day feel better. I like trying new activities without expecting to be good at them straight away. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. I like company that helps an ordinary plan feel worth getting out for.
