A long walk, a small backpack, and a day without a timetable suit me well. A change of scenery helps me think clearly, even when it's only a short trip beyond my usual routine. I sometimes bring a camera, although plenty of my favourite moments stay as memories instead of pictures. I appreciate a steady pace, an open mind, and people who look after each other.
