I'm happy learning a new recipe, putting together a meal, or spending a quiet evening with a good film. I have a few dependable recipes, but I am always interested in a new idea that does not make the evening complicated. On a quiet afternoon, I might make a batch of soup, try a new bake, or tidy a favourite corner. For me, comfort comes from feeling welcome rather than from having everything arranged perfectly.
