I enjoy the kind of day that starts with one plan and ends with a few good discoveries. I enjoy trying food I haven't cooked before, browsing little independent shops, and finding somewhere with a good atmosphere. I enjoy returning to a favourite spot and trying a different dish rather than always ordering the same thing. I make plans because I enjoy them, not because every free hour needs to be filled.
