Bettye Garland

A market in the morning and a relaxed meal later can fill a whole day quite happily. A simple meal made well often impresses me more than a long menu and a lot of ceremony. I usually keep a few places on a list, then choose whatever suits the mood of the day. I get along well with people who are curious, considerate, and willing to laugh at a small mistake.
