I like keeping active in a way that makes the rest of my day feel better. I like a mix of familiar routines and occasional changes that keep things interesting. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
