A personal introduction
A little about Paddy.
I like making ordinary spaces feel welcoming through small, thoughtful touches. I have a few dishes I can make without thinking and plenty more that I'm still trying to get right. I am quite happy changing the plan when a recipe needs adjusting or an ingredient is missing. I don't confuse a quiet life with a dull one; there are plenty of things to enjoy without rushing.
