I'm the person who saves restaurant recommendations and then gets distracted by a tiny place on the way there. I am interested in the little differences that make a familiar recipe taste new. I usually keep a few places on a list, then choose whatever suits the mood of the day. For me, a memorable outing does not need to be elaborate; it needs to feel comfortable.
