Lavisha Paus

I like keeping active in a way that makes the rest of my day feel better. I prefer activities that leave me feeling refreshed rather than focused on a score or a personal best. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
