Emagene Wilstead

I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. I get on well with people who are encouraging without making everything a challenge.
