I feel most refreshed after a few hours outside, even if the plan is only a walk close to home. I like the way a familiar place can feel different in another season or a change of weather. I enjoy finding a new route to a place I already know rather than always following the same path. A shared sense of wonder can make a very ordinary walk memorable.
