I enjoy trying a recipe that sounds promising and seeing what I would change next time. I have a few dependable recipes, but I am always interested in a new idea that does not make the evening complicated. I enjoy taking a familiar dish and making a small change with a different herb or a new ingredient. I like an easy atmosphere where nobody needs to put on a performance.
