Valerya Massas

A little movement, something good to eat, and time to unwind are my idea of a balanced day. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. A new activity is often a good reminder that it is fine to be a beginner. I like a positive outlook, a sense of humour, and being honest about what actually matters.
