A bit of movement in the morning usually makes the rest of my day better. I enjoy walking, a good workout, and taking the scenic route when I'm not in a hurry. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. I appreciate a positive attitude that leaves room for real life and different kinds of days.
